PENGUINS BROADCASTS COMING TO EYEWITNESS NEWS

The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins are working with WBRE/WYOU Eyewitness News to broadcast six regular season Saturday night home games this season, starting with the Penguins’ season opener on Saturday night, Oct. 15.

The broadcast schedule includes one game per month from December thru April, and every game will be available in high definition. The game broadcasts will be split between WYOU (CBS) and WBRE (NBC), so make sure to check back at wbspenguins.com for channel updates!

The broadcast schedule is as follows:

Oct. 15 vs. Hartford Wolf Pack, 7:05 p.m. – WYOU

Dec. 17 vs. Springfield Thunderbirds, 7:05 p.m. – TBD*

Jan. 21 vs. Hershey Bears, 7:05 p.m. – TBD*

Feb. 11 vs. Binghamton Senators, 7:05 p.m. – TBD*

Mar. 18 vs. Lehigh Valley Phantoms, 7:05 p.m. – TBD*

Apr. 15 vs. Bridgeport Sound Tigers, 7:05 p.m. – TBD*

Wilkes-Barre/Scranton’s season opener on Saturday, Oct. 15 at Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. game time.
