How do I receive a group discount?
Discount tickets are available for groups of 10 or more
No limit on how many tickets can be purchased

What does my Group Receive?
All groups will receive a Penguins group hat for attending the game
And an in-game group announcement

Is payment due when I order the tickets?
No.  As a group leader, you can reserve seats for the game of your choice and let us know the final total and payment information:
15 business days prior to the game date
30 business days prior to fantastic date

How can I pay for my tickets?
Tickets can be purchased by credit card (Visa, MC, Amex or Disc.), check(Payable to: WBS Penguins) or cash (stopping by the Penguins team store located at the Ice Rink at Coal Street)

How do I get my tickets?
We provide multiple options for ticket pick up. 
Will Call – located at the East Gate of Mohegan Sun Arena day of game
Group tickets must be left under one name
Penguins Team Store – located at The Ice Rink at Coal Street
US Mail – no additional fee!

How much is parking for Penguins games?
Parking is free for Penguins game at the Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza?

What time do Penguins games start?
Penguin’s home games start at:
Monday thru Saturday – 7:05pm* (Doors open at 6pm)
Sunday – 3:05pm* (Doors open at 2pm)
*UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED

Does the arena have food vouchers available for the night my group comes out?
Food Vouchers are available for groups of 10 or more and include a hotdog, popcorn and beverage – additional cost of $2.00 per voucher

I am having a birthday bash at an upcoming game.  I know food vouchers are included, however, Can I bring in food for the party?
No outside food or beverages are allowed in the building

Hat vouchers were mentioned early.  How do I receive and redeem those?
Hat Vouchers will be sent with the game tickets.  These hat vouchers will be used to redeem the group hat at that evening’s game as well as entry into the nightly group raffle.  The vouchers are to be redeemed behind Section 108 at the Fan Assistance Booth.  One winner will be chosen nightly to win a Penguins prize pack.  Winner will be announced during the 2nd period
